
The Old Vic has officially announced the complete cast for the much-anticipated return of the Tony and Olivier Award-winning musical Girl from the North Country, first premiered at the venue in 2017. Written and directed by Conor McPherson, with music and lyrics by Bob Dylan, the production will run from June 24 to August 23, 2025, with a press performance scheduled for July 9.
The talented ensemble features several actors reprising their roles from previous acclaimed productions in the West End and on Broadway.

Following a critically acclaimed premiere run at The Old Vic, Girl from the North Country transferred to the West End in 2017 and later opened on Broadway in 2020. The show has enjoyed numerous international productions, including tours across the US, UK, and Ireland, as well as revivals in Canada and Australia. Now, the musical returns to its roots.
Conor McPherson expressed his excitement, stating, “We’re thrilled to have brought together this amazing cast for Girl from the North Country as we return to The Old Vic—our spiritual home. Many of our actors are back in their roles from performances in the West End, Broadway, and beyond.
