Full Cast Revealed for the UK Tour of Inside No.9 Stage/Fright

August 20, 20253 min read

Today marks the announcement of the complete cast for the UK tour of Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith’s Inside No.9 Stage/Fright.

Pemberton and Shearsmith will once again take the stage in the “dazzlingly entertaining” (Sunday Times) adaptation of their award-winning BBC television comedy, Inside No.9. Praised by critics, including a five-star review from the Mail on Sunday declaring it “absurdly entertaining,” this production offers fans across the UK a chance to experience the “wildly clever” (Financial Times) spectacle. The Daily Telegraph dubbed it “a bold West End debut… Bravo.”

Joining them on the tour and reprising their West End roles are Rebecca Bainbridge, Mark Extance, Gaby French, Miranda Hennessy, Bhav Joshi, and Toby Manley, with Sarah Moyle and Sophie Suddaby rounding out the cast for this 13-week tour.

Kicking off in Bromley on September 5th, Inside No.9 Stage/Fright will visit various theatres throughout the UK, including locations in Milton Keynes, Sunderland, Canterbury, Birmingham, Manchester, Woking, Hull, Oxford, Stoke, Liverpool, and Edinburgh, before concluding back in Birmingham on December 6th. Tickets are available now at InsideNo9onStage.com.

Nominated for the prestigious Olivier Award in the Best New Entertainment or Comedy Play category, Stage/Fright continues to blend comedic, spooky, and dramatic elements that fans of the BBC series have come to love, featuring a mixture of familiar characters and new material.

The ninth and final season of the BAFTA-winning BBC TV series aired last year to widespread acclaim and is now available for streaming on BBC iPlayer.
