Behind some of the cinema world’s most shocking productions (The Act of Killing, The Look of Silence), Oscar-nominated director Joshua Oppenheimer’s unusual post-apocalyptic musical “THE END” (2024) meets viewers under the stars on the lush lawn!

25 years after ecological collapse renders Earth uninhabitable… A wealthy family (Mother, Father, and Son) maintains a false illusion of hope and normality by clinging tightly to their routines in the palatial bunker they built. The son, who has never seen the outside world, grew up in this sheltered world where routines run like clockwork. However, with the entry of a mysterious stranger girl who knocks on the bunker door, that fragile optimism and suppressed feelings of guilt blindly clung to by the family begin to crack.
Bringing together giant names like Oscar winner Tilda Swinton, Oscar nominee Michael Shannon, George MacKay, and Moses Ingram in its cast, this 140-minute apocalyptic production offers a touching and unforgettable human tale written on acceptance, forgiveness, and change.
