Belly Conklin’s (Lola Tung) complicated love life wraps up in the finale of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3.
Based on Jenny Han’s novels, which she also oversees as showrunner, this coming-of-age romantic drama follows Belly as she grapples with her feelings for two brothers, Conrad (Christopher Briney) and Jeremiah Fisher (Gavin Casalegno).

Who Does Belly End Up With in the Season 3 Finale?
In the climactic final episode, Conrad surprises Belly by appearing at her doorstep in Paris just before her 22nd birthday—one year after her wedding to Jeremiah was called off, prompting her to take the trip.
As they explore the city together, their undeniable chemistry culminates in a romantic dance by the Seine. After sharing a kiss, they return to Belly’s apartment, where they share an intimate moment.
Belly grapples with her feelings for Conrad and worries that they might be driven together by the grief of losing Susannah. But as he prepares to leave for Brussels, she realizes, “I will always love Conrad Fisher,” and rushes to catch him.
When she finally finds him on the train, moved to tears, she declares, “Conrad, I choose you, of my own free will,” revealing that she wears his infinity necklace. “If there are infinite worlds, every version of me chooses you, in every one of them.”
The episode concludes with a glimpse of Belly returning to Cousins Beach years later, happily together with Conrad.
What About Jeremiah?
As for Jeremiah, he unexpectedly finds romance with his former co-worker Denise (Isabella Briggs) after staying at her Boston apartment for six months. While their future remains uncertain, the pair shares a kiss and are last seen holding hands under the table, hinting at the beginning of their relationship.
