Artists Kristina Veasey and Alejandro Ahmed present Capturing the Forest, a powerful and multilayered experience exploring access to nature.
The essence of a forest landscape is reimagined in a captivating environment through sculpture, ceramics, sound, film, and movement. The work aims to create an inclusive forest experience for those unable to connect with nature directly.
This international collaboration, supported by Between Time and Panorama Festival, brings together disabled and non-disabled communities. Beyond its physical installation, the project extends through workshops, forest visits, and online resources.
The Liberty Festival, organized by the Mayor of London, is an annual, free disability-focused arts festival. Spanning various parts of the city, it showcases the most innovative disabled artists, challenges stereotypes, and invites audiences to embrace a transformative perspective.
