The Offspring Reunites with ‘Pretty Fly (For A White Guy)’ Video Star at LA Concert

September 2, 20252 min read

The Offspring made a memorable appearance at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, Los Angeles, where they reunited with Guy Cohen, the dancer from their iconic ‘Pretty Fly (For A White Guy)’ music video. This special moment occurred at the end of their concert on Friday, August 29.

Frontman Dexter Holland energized the crowd, saying, “There’s only one thing that can make this better right now. We need some dancing, some real pretty fly dancing. Do you know anyone who dances well? I’ve got someone in mind.” He then called out to Cohen with the words, “Please come up, pretty fly guy.” Cohen took to the stage and immediately broke into his famous leg-hook dance as the band launched into their performance.

Originally directed by McG, the ‘Pretty Fly’ video has become a staple of pop culture and launched Cohen into the spotlight. Interestingly, the band had initially considered cult actor and comedian Seth Green for the role but ultimately chose Cohen, who also had a cameo in the ‘Why Don’t You Get A Job?’ video.

Cohen famously joined The Offspring on stage during the infamous Woodstock ’99 festival, which you can watch here.

The Offspring’s current North American tour, dubbed the ‘Supercharged Worldwide In ‘25’ tour, is nearing its conclusion, with final stops planned in Washington, Utah, and Colorado.

This tour supports their latest studio album, ‘Supercharged.’ The band expressed their desire to create a record that embodies their signature sound, and according to them, “I think we fucking nailed it.”
