Country Star Ella Langley Cancels Tour Dates to Focus on Health

August 12, 20252 min read

Ella Langley, the rising country sensation with 11 million monthly listeners on Spotify and winner of five Academy of Country Music Awards this year, has decided to cancel her August tour dates to prioritize her well-being.

Scheduled to perform alongside Morgan Wallen at the FireEnergy Stadium on August 15th and 16th, Langley has stepped back from the event. Gavin Adcock will take her place on the lineup. Other affected shows include stops in Nashville on August 19th, Bonner-West Riverside on August 21st, Idaho Falls on August 22nd, Nampa on August 23rd, and Morrison on August 26th.

In a heartfelt statement, Langley expressed her sadness over the decision, sharing, “The past several weeks have been tough. I’ve been feeling more run down than ever.” She continued, “After much consideration, I’ve chosen to take a couple of weeks to rest and focus on my health — mind, body, and heart. I want to be fully present for what’s ahead, and that starts with taking care of myself.”

Langley emphasized the importance of listening to one’s body: “Sometimes we have to heed our bodies and hearts when they tell us to slow down.”

After a brief break, she plans to return to the stage next month, opening for Wallen in Edmonton, Canada, before continuing her own headline tour, which originated in January.

Langley made waves last year with her breakout single “You Look Like You Love Me,” which topped the US Country Airplay chart and reached No. 30 on the Billboard Hot 100. Her debut album, Hungover, was released in August 2024.
