The Artist Communities Alliance (ACA) is excited to announce its 2025 conference in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This year’s theme, Building the Future Together, invites all who believe in the transformative power of artists and their role in the residency field to take action. It is a moment to reflect on the achievements of the past 35 years and to collaboratively shape the path forward.
ACA is currently seeking proposals from its network and beyond for panel discussions, workshops, and presentations that will inform, engage, and inspire conversations on various topics, including holistic support for artists, ecosystem-building, and data management.
“In uncertain times, coming together to share ideas, experiences, and knowledge is crucial,” says Mary-Kim Arnold, ACA’s Chief of Staff. “ACA is eager to receive proposals from the artist residency community and encourages innovative collaborations and formats.”
Registration for the conference will open on May 27, which is also the deadline for proposal submissions.
