Underbelly Boulevard Soho has just announced an exciting new season packed with an impressive variety of performances, including cabaret, magic, LGBTQ+ shows, improv, and much more to enthrall audiences in London. With an eclectic line-up meant to entertain and amaze, this iconic venue is set to become a lively hub for trailblazing performances in the months ahead.
The season features a star-studded cast, including the brilliant Amelia Dimoldenberg in the critically acclaimed improv show This Doesn’t Leave The Room, guaranteed to provide a night of scandalous and spontaneous laughter. Renowned comedian Tim Key will make a special appearance during his “L.A Baby!” book tour, offering unique insights into his latest poetry anthology.
Musical theatre fans won’t want to miss Kerry Ellis, the leading lady of the West End, as she takes the stage for a one-night-only intimate performance, sharing her favorite songs and career stories.
Comedy lovers can catch Chris Turner’s Childish, a show that fuses stand-up with live music as he pursues his rock star dreams. The globally acclaimed Police Cops will also return with both “Badass Be Thy Name” and “The Original” shows, promising high-energy physical comedy and an array of 80s hits. Magic enthusiasts can enjoy the lively Mario The Maker Magician and the mesmerizing The Man Who Was Magic.
Underbelly’s programme also includes an exciting mix of acts organized by theme. The Cabaret and Burlesque section revisits Soho’s golden era with Bar Burlesque and Revudeville: Soho Fantasy, showcasing ‘naughty but nice’ entertainment. The LGBTQ+ segment presents captivating dance and aerial performances from M.E.N Live and the wildly entertaining electropop show Pop Off, Michaelangelo!, which also features TikTok sensation Em Wallbank in her debut solo concert.
