Lana Del Rey took to the stage at Wembley Stadium in London, performing ‘If You Lie Down With Me’ live for the very first time during her second show at the venue.
After collaborating with Addison Rae on ‘Diet Pepsi’ during her inaugural headline performance, Lana wowed the audience again the following night (July 4) with her rendition of the ‘Blue Banisters’ track, even waltzing with one of her backup dancers. You can catch the footage below.
In a post-concert moment, Lana responded to a harsh review of her recent Dublin show after the Irish Times posted it on Instagram. She quipped, “Ooh, I think this is the wrong take on the angle for the story.”
This concert occurred as she prepares to release her much-anticipated 10th album, which has been renamed from ‘Lasso’ to ‘The Right Person Will Stay’.
While a release date remains under wraps, Del Rey has already shared two singles from the upcoming album: ‘Bluebird’ and ‘Henry, Come On’. It appears that ‘57.7’ may be the next track she unveils, featuring lyrics about kissing Morgan Wallen during her recent headlining performance at Stagecoach.
The new record is expected to embrace a country sound, marking a follow-up to 2023’s ‘Did You Know That There’s A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd’.
