Acting for Others is thrilled to announce that their fifth annual West End Flea Market, held on Saturday, May 17, at St Paul’s Church in Covent Garden, successfully raised over £110,000, making it the most prosperous event to date.

Sir Stephen Waley-Cohen, Co-Chairman of Acting for Others, expressed delight at the event’s success: “We are thrilled that the West End Flea Market continues to grow stronger each year. The amount raised this time is significantly higher than in previous years. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to this wonderful event.”

This year, the award for Best Dressed Stall went to The Book of Mormon, judged by national stars Christopher Biggins, Dame Arlene Phillips, and Janie Dee. Their stall featured show memorabilia and exclusive props, alongside a game of “Spooky Mormon Hoopla,” where participants had the chance to win selfies or signed polaroids.

Other West End shows also set up stalls, including ATG Productions, Back to The Future, Cabaret at The Kit Kat Club, Clueless, Go Live Theatre Projects, Hadestown, Hamilton, Les Misérables, Mamma Mia, Mean Girls, Moulin Rouge, Operation Mincemeat, Phantom of The Opera, SIX, Stiletto, TINA – The Tina Turner Musical, The Devil Wears Prada, The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, The Mousetrap, Mischief & The Play That Goes Wrong, Titanique, and many more. Attractions included a tombola, a penalty shoot-out with the West End Charity Football Club, and games from Jamie’s Bakery.

Stars were also present, taking selfies and signing posters for fans. Notable attendees included Bronté Barbé, Luke Bayer, Christopher Biggins, Joanne Clifton, Janie Dee, Alfred Enoch, Derek Jacobi, Simon Lipkin, and many others.

Thank you to everyone who made this event a remarkable success!
