📍 Tate Britain – Lee Miller Retrospective

📅 October 2, 2025 – February 15, 2026

Tate Britain honors Lee Miller, one of the 20th century’s most powerful artistic voices, with her most comprehensive retrospective to date.

Beginning her career as a model in the late 1920s, Miller quickly stepped behind the lens, becoming a leading figure in the avant-garde circles of New York, Paris, London, and Cairo. The exhibition traces her extraordinary journey from surrealist works to fashion photography, war correspondence, and Egyptian landscapes.

Featuring around 250 original and modern prints, including previously unexhibited photographs, the selection highlights Miller’s poetic vision and fearless spirit. The exhibition showcases the groundbreaking paths she carved in the art world.

In Miller’s own words: “It was a matter of getting out on a damn limb and sawing it off behind you.”

This major retrospective is organized by Tate Britain in collaboration with the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris and the Art Institute of Chicago.

✨ Apartment No: 26 Note: The Lee Miller exhibition is not just a photography retrospective; it’s a powerful testament to how one woman redefined boundaries through her art and life.
