
The 36th Ankara Film Festival, taking place from November 13–21, continues to support the work of young filmmakers this year. The films selected for the festival’s National Short Film Competition have been announced.
This year’s lineup stands out with themes ranging from human relationships and societal transformations to personal quests and surreal narratives. The competition, bringing together diverse voices from Turkiye’s short film scene, aims to provide a platform for new forms of storytelling.
